Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the Speakyo application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Speakyo. These terms apply to all users of the Speakyo app and website, including free and premium subscribers.

Speakyo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. You agree not to: • Reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of Speakyo without written permission • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other users • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app • Create accounts by automated means or under false pretences • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate registration information • Maintaining the security of your password • All activity that occurs under your account You may not share your account credentials with others. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Speakyo offers both a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium is available as a Standard (₹299/month or ₹2,499/year) or Premium (₹449/month or ₹3,399/year) plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store.

Refunds are handled through the Google Play Store in accordance with their refund policies. For subscription billing issues, contact us at hello@speakyolearning.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case. Refunds are generally not provided for partially used subscription periods.

All content within Speakyo — including the Panda character, lesson content, audio, UI design, and branding — is the exclusive property of Speakyo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create within Speakyo (such as profile information or saved notes). By using Speakyo, you grant us a limited licence to use this content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.

Speakyo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific language learning outcomes will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speakyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to Speakyo will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Speakyo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
